This is a 55 gallon steel metal barrel with removable locking band ring that locks the lid into place.
These have the lever style metal band NOT the bolt on ring that you have to have a wrench to take it off and put back on every time! That style if VERY cumbersome.
These barrels were simply dumped of their contents and are in very good condition. They had a plastic bag in them that contained food products.
The steel itself was not in direct contact with the food itself. These are VERY clean.
They may have some scratches or a small ding, but overall very good condition.
Many uses such as bio diesel applications, leaf burning barrel, garbage cans or anything you may want to have stored safely.
These are also used in the Bee Honey industry and Grease recycling.
